Phaco Handpiece Rebuild
Cooper Medical offer a full repair / rebuild service for Phaco Handpieces with a 180 day warranty. Our repairers have over 25 years experience in the industry. All repair processes conform to the OEM directions for use (DFU), including proper sterilisation methods. They have certification to ISO 13485 for service & repair of medical devices as well as Risk Management 14971. Full rebuild of Phaco Handpieces, Alcon, Bausch and Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, Whitestar and more. - New cable- New crystals- New PCB/ resistor- New Seals- New O-rings- Electrical safety test
Cryo Probe Repair
Cryo Probe Repairs - 6 month warranty All major brands and models including: Frigitronics cardiac probes, Keeler Cryomatic and current MKII models . Level 1: Repair sheath, dents, boiler tube, boiler position indicator, faulty connector hardware, clean filter, tighten loose fittings. Level 2 : Includes Level 1 Repair plus replace sheath, repair internal leaks, tighten internal fittings, replace o-rings. Level 3: Includes level 1 & 2 plus high pressure valve service, high pressure Supply tubing service, thermocouple repaired/replaced, filter replaced, boiler repaired/replaced, replace filter housing assembly, repair/replace case at either end.
Turnaround time 10-15 working days.
Surgical Video Camera Service
Our standard major repair includes: - Internal cleaning - Replace cable - Connector assembly - Strain relief - Seal - Replace printed circuit board (PCB) - Calibrate video output, optically centre, function and safety test. Pneumatic / Air Surgical Power Tool Service
All major brands and models: Hall, Linvatec, Stryker, Microaire, Dyonics, 3M, Zimmer and more.
Faulty units are most commonly repaired with our standard service which includes:-Replacing bearings, o-rings, springs, retaining rings and complete system lubrication.-Calibration to OEM specifications, performance and safety tests.-Clean and service motor, gearbox, control valve and collet. Electrical / Battery Surgical Power Tool Service

Faulty units are most commonly repaired with our standard service which includes: -Replacing bearings, o-rings, springs, retaining rings and complete system lubrication.-Calibration to OEM specifications, performance and safety tests.-Clean and service rotor, gearbox, control mechanism and collet.
